We might be hearing all sorts of myths about high-fat products in the news. And of course, we have also learned a long time ago, that while 1 gram of carb and 1 gram of protein contain only 4 calories, 1 gram of fat contains 9 calories. Based on these, you might be voting for low-fat only, but the truth is that low-fat is not always better.
