President Trump responded to Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, claiming he's exonerated even though Mueller wrote that his report "does not exonerate" the president. Mueller left obstruction of justice an open question but found no evidence Trump or anyone from his campaign coordinated with Russia.
