We often think about getting up early in terms of things we owe to other people - our family, our kids, our work, but I'm here to share with you all the ways I make my mornings the most important cornerstone of achieving MY goals. I wasn't always this way, I didn't always wake up with on energy ready to take on the day, but I'm sharing with you now my tips and tricks to supercharge your morning (while talking really quietly in a hotel room).
