I often go to Yoga classes as we can benefit so much from it. Keeps us fit, reduces stress and gives us new energy. I sometimes struggle at home to find my own Yoga routine. This audio guide helped me a lot. Gave me ideas and I was able to follow intructions at home. I will listen again!
