26-year-old Emma Fillipoff disappeared from Victoria, British Columbia on November 28th, 2012. On the evening of her disappearance, she was spotted by an acquaintance standing barefoot on a street corner. He described her as looking paranoid and disoriented. After speaking with Emma, he decided to contact the police. Police officers spoke with Emma for about 45 minutes that night before letting her walk away barefoot into the cold November night. That’s the last confirmed sighting of Emma. As Emma’s mom, Shelley, has spent the past 5 years searching for answers. Emma’s case is full of mysteries with many bizarre clues that point in all different directions but none of those clues have led to Emma.
