We only have 24 hours in a day and yet, many of us, squander the time that we have and wasting it away on things we shouldn’t be doing.
I see it in my friends, my loved ones and in my peers but I cannot seem to get them to reconsider why their time is not being spent well and then they end up resenting all of the things in life.
So how can we avoid this?
I’ve read my fair share of books and one of the most inspiring is Peter Hollin’s “Finish What You Start”.
In this book, he was curious all his life about how we manage our time and also why we don’t finish the things that we start. What I found to be an eye-opener is creating a manifesto. A manifesto in his words is nothing more than a set of rules to follow everyday.
In this episode I share with you:
