Hardening the Body and Mind | BOBBY MAXIMUS

Listen in app
Each and every one of us has a desire to strengthen our bodies and minds. Why is it then that so many men struggle when it comes to the training they know will improve every area of their lives?
This is a question my guest, Bobby Maximus, has been answering for his training clients for years and helping them bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. Today, we talk about the psychology of training, how to eliminate the excuses that creep in, why you should reframe "self-improvement" as "self-work," and how to harden the body and mind.

BOBBY MAXIMUS
I've been looking forward to introducing you to my guest, Bobby Maximus, for some time now.
Bobby has been in the fitness and health industry for more than a decade and served as the General Manager, Training Director and Lead Seminar Instructor at Gym Jones. He was also named as Men's Health's 100 Fittest Men of All Time.
In addition to that, he is a former police officer for the Toronto Police Service, a former UFC fighter, and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, English, and education.
Needless to say, this is a man who understands the body and mind in a way not many people do and I couldn't be more excited to talk with him about hardening and strengthening both.
