On June 25th, 1906 Harry Kendall Thaw fatally shot renowned architect Stanford White on a rooftop in New York City. The trial that followed was deemed the trial of the century and revealed numerous scandals that had been kept behind closed doors for years.

The feud between Harry Thaw and Stanford White escalated and ultimately ended in Thaw shooting White to death. The trials that followed introduced the public to a lot of information that was extremely scandalous in the early 1900s.
