This ‘Nail Biting’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who bite their nails. About 20 to 30 percent of the population are nail biters. Nail biting is an oral compulsive habit and can be associated with anxiety as the act of chewing on nails reportedly relieves stress, tension or boredom. People who habitually bite their nails do so when they feel nervous, bored, lonely or even hungry or even just out of habit. In this session we will help you break the habit of biting your nails for good. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to stop biting your nails.
