Really like this, I've learn a lot and gain knowledge on how I can improve my Daily food intake.
I will try on this if this works. But it helps me a lot and give an idea on this book.
I prefer juice but after learning about how the body responds to smoothies and helps burn fat, maybe I should give it a try. Its taking ages to lose the extra flab.
I love this book it helps you realize that having a healthier life is not that hard with a 10-day green smoothie to cleanse your body. Here you will learn the recipes and instruction for the whole 10 days. This is very helpful, I'm thinking to start mine tomorrow.
Very informative book
This summary of Book is awesome, I did the 10 day Green smoothies with some exercise I lost 20 pounds and 18 inches. You have to do what the book tell you, you will feel horrible for the first couple of day.
