I'm a big fan of an ideal morning routine that works for you. One that gives you energy, provides you with plenty of inspiration and makes you feel like you're kicking ass before 7:00 AM.
However, I feel like over the last three to five years, there have been so many expert ideal morning routines that have come about.
I think that people are a little bit confused. And at the end of the day, one thing I realized is that your morning routine needs to fit your lifestyle, work for your personality and work in with what actually motivates you.
Heck it doesn't even need to be in the morning if you don't want it to be!
