202 - Do Late Risers Only Catch Sloppy Seconds?

Listen in app
Early birds versus night owls -- there's always been debate over which is better for productivity, but is there really a definitive answer? In this video you'll learn my take on this topic and find out if I think it's better to be a night owl or an early bird. Each of us has our own chronotype when it comes to sleep preferences. We come pre-programmed to either be an early bird or a night owl. Can we change this? In theory, yes, but it's hard to change your natural body clock. Here's the bottom line. You can be extremely productive and happy whether you're a night owl or an early bird. One is not better than the other since they both have challenges and advantages. It comes down to respecting your body clock and respecting the body clocks of others. https://www.marieforleo.com/2014/04/late-risers/ No human believes that any other human has a right to be in bed when he himself is up.
