Twenty-four states have implemented new voting restrictions disproportionately affecting minorities — ranging from requiring voter IDs to closing polling places. We talk with 'Mother Jones' reporter Ari Berman about voter suppression and the ongoing fight for voter rights. "The 2018 election could go in two different ways," he says.
