Summary of A River in Darkness: One Man's Escape from North Korea by Masaji Ishikawa

After listening to this book summary about Masaji Ishikawa's life story in North Korea, I become more thankful and appreciative of where I was raised and live my life. We are not wealthy but at least I didn't experience the horror that Masaki did. His story teaches us to always look at a brighter side of everything, because we didn't know that there are people who are experiencing such difficulties in life than we can ever imagine.
