You had a plan. You had the road set out ahead of you and you got the degree, and the great job...and suddenly nothing is quite like you thought it was going to be. None of it lives up to the expectations you had.
If you think that A Quarter Life Crisis is only relevant to people in their 20s, but I think there are lessons we can and should learn from that experience or we will find ourselves in a quarter life crisis in our 30s...in our 40s...in our 50s.
I want to give you some tools to slow down and feel through these emotions, so you can figure out what changes need to happen in your life.
