Adele Theron

Adèle Théron has spent 12 years working with individuals within some of the world’s largest corporations as a change management specialist, helping people adapt to new situations and experiences created by mergers, acquisitions and large software implementations. The techniques and processes she created have helped companies and individuals adapt to change and have successfully aided thousands of individuals within 18 separate organizations. Having separated from her husband in March 2009, Adèle researched to find that there was no structured process or program to heal from divorce and that many professional women and men wound up in years of counseling or experience long-term illness and depression as a result of divorce. Adèle was also astounded at the high second and third marriage divorce rates worldwide and decided that healing from divorce was critical to successful relationships in the future. She tried therapy and counselling but found the lack of structure and goal-oriented healing didn’t work for her. She realized that as a process-expert, she was the one she was waiting for, so she consequently used her change management techniques to develop a revolutionary systemized process and program for healing from divorce within 21 days. She was her own case study and experienced a life-altering transformation resulting in a new life for herself but also a healed relationship with her ex-husband. The process she used has since evolved into the naked divorce, capable of dealing with the most dramatic of divorce situations. Adèle has worked with professional men, women and couples as a mediator, Divorce Angel and trainer, helping them heal from break ups, separations and divorce. To ensure that people from all over the world can benefit from the program, she is constantly creating online and live seminar programs and products. Today Adèle spends her time consulting with companies or coaching and supporting professional career people through divorce as a Divorce Angel. She lives in London with her partner Simon.
