Amara’s journey for ingredients takes her to the desolate Shadowlands in pursuit of a dragon’s tear, and into the Bazaar's hidden corners where she must capture the stolen laughter of a shadow child.  Each ingredient comes at a cost, forcing her to confront the ethical implications of her quest and delve into the bittersweet tang of her own lost love.  As she progresses, the Syndicate, led by the chillingly composed Valerius, tightens its grip, their whispers weaving a web of deceit and danger around Amara.
As Amara cooks, her culinary skills become a weapon against the encroaching darkness.
