Designed to assist 12 to 15-year-old students in making life role decisions. Students are assisted by parents and their school. The key is identifying competencies that come naturally to the student. Once identified the competencies need to be validated to make sure they can be used for life role decision making. Decisions that need to be made are in the areas of career options, family, community service and personal development. The process helps in building a bond with the student and family. The process involves the whole community. This
manual is designed to answer the question, «How do I know I will like the choice I made», in the areas listed above. The process presented in this manual was used with 1500 students and their parents over ten-year time span.
