Between the world we know and oblivion lies The Fade, a realm of whispers where forgotten myths drift like gossamer threads, their vibrant hues dulled by neglect.  Here, Elvara, haunted by loss, inherits a legacy she barely understands: a loom imbued with the magic to weave these fading stories back to life.
But myths are not mere tales in Elvara's world. They are sentient entities, woven into the very fabric of reality.  And their forgetting has a terrible consequence: a formless corruption thrives in The Fade, feeding on discarded narratives and twisted interpretations, threatening to unravel the tapestry of existence itself.
With the loom as her only weapon, Elvara’s first tentative weaves pull forth Aedh, a Celtic river spirit whose lifeblood has withered from human disregard, and Lamashtu, a Babylonian goddess unjustly demonized by history. Their emergence unveils the terrifying truth of the encroaching darkness, and the urgent need to reclaim lost narratives.
Guided by Aedh's gentle wisdom and Lamashtu's fierce defiance, Elvara must master the loom, not just as a tool of creation, but as a weapon. Her journey leads her through the whispering woods, beyond familiar pantheons, into the vibrant tales of forgotten cultures.  Anansi, the cunning trickster god, and Pele, the volatile goddess of fire and volcanoes, emerge from the loom, their powers both a boon and a danger to Elvara’s quest.
As Elvara weaves, she encounters Kayla, a young woman unaware of her own dormant demigoddess lineage, whose awakening intertwines with Elvara's increasingly perilous mission. Together, they confront the monstrous entity born from the discarded and distorted, a being of pure negativity that craves absolute silence — a world devoid of stories.
Elvara’s weaving becomes an act of defiance, a challenge to the very notion of heroism.  She must confront the cultural biases that have shaped human understanding, unraveling the threads of forgotten histories to expose the complexities of good and evil. With each reclaimed narrative, the stakes grow higher, the loom demanding more and more of her life force.
The final confrontation takes place within The Fade itself, a battle fought not with steel but with the very threads of existence.  Elvara, Kayla, and a host of reclaimed figures stand against the monstrous entity, each wielding their unique narratives as weapons.  Can Elvara weave a story strong enough to
