One moonlit night, Korrin's dance catches the eye of Morgan White, a member of The Resonance, a secret society fighting to uncover the truth behind the silence. Haunted by fragmented memories of his grandfather’s lullabies, Morgan sees in Korrin a kindred spirit, a shared ember of defiance burning in the suffocating quiet. He introduces her to Jared Bates, the enigmatic leader of The Resonance, a man burdened by a terrible secret: his own complicity in the silence he now fights to dismantle.  Jared fears their efforts might trigger the very catastrophe they seek to prevent — a catastrophic sonic resonance capable of unraveling reality itself.
Within the silent sanctuary of the government archives, Korrin discovers the chilling truth: the Mandate was not enacted for peace, but to contain a devastating sound discovered by April Scott, a brilliant composer whose warnings were met with fear and ultimately, silence.  But the resonance is more than destructive; it's sentient, reacting to the city’s suppressed emotions, turning whispers of dissent into waves of anxiety.
As Nollara teeters on the brink of chaos, Korrin, guided by April’s fragmented research and her own intuitive understanding of music, must compose a melody of hope, a symphony to harmonize with the city's dangerous frequency.  But a betrayal within The Resonance shatters their fragile trust, and the city's emotional undercurrents, amplified by the resonance, begin to manifest in unsettling ways.
