    👎Give This a Miss

The book is written in an insanely repetitive manner, the author could have excluded 1/3 of the content and delivered the same message. this is also allegedly a book about breaking habits with phycological facts, which was great at first, until the author his religion down your throat towards the end of the book. other than that, there's a few good bits of info but i wouldn't buy the book.

    👎Give This a Miss

The book doesn't refer to, nor quote actual research. Very poor language. The religious views of the author in the end of the book take away all the credibility the content could have built. The headline is misleading. There is another book with the same headline. I expected way more.
