When Sandra wakes up to find Jackson at the side of her bed, she can’t imagine that it is anything but a dream. The hazy recollections of the night before, way too much alcohol and a clumsy attempt at seduction slowly return as she gradually comes to.
But he is there. It’s no dream, as his perfectly formed smile testifies. He’s been there all night, watching over her in her drunken slumber and now she wants him gone.
Jackson is still wracked with a stinging guilt at his previous infidelity with her; the affair which ended when he returned to his wife. And Sandra doesn’t want to know. She wants him to leave and go back home, but something gnaws at her insides and tells her that it will never be that simple.
He wants to stay; wants more from her, but at the same time he is fighting a guilt that won’t subside. The question is, will Sandra give in to his desires? And if she does, could she ever trust him again?
