Moving from London to Birmingham to start over on a new police force was no easy task, but Detective Sergeant Kate Power is finally starting to feel like she’s got everything in hand. Little does she know that things are about to get dangerously complicated.
First, she’s assigned a series of arson attacks that led to the death of a vagrant. Then her quiet tennis lesson is interrupted by the discovery of a woman’s body in the sports center’s shower.
