Ex-detective Mike Stenhouse has finally retired but still has time to help his former colleagues. When they request his help with a cold case, he agrees to help, albeit reluctantly, because the case in question is the notorious Webb case, an investigation which shocked an entire country and cast a shadow over the lives of everyone connected to it.
