The Mahabharat, is an ancient tale of yore,
An epic saga, forever for humanity to explore.
A tapestry of life, woven with divine threads,
Drona Parva from Sections 91 to 203 treads.
In Drona Parva's latter half, a tale of woe is spun,
Abhimanyu's death, a loss for Pandavs, done.
Jayadratha's role in the death, a villain's part to play,
Arjun vows to slay him, come what may.
The sun sets, and Arjun's vow is yet unfulfilled,
Krishna's guides, Jayadratha's fate is sealed.
Drona's death is next, a tale of deceit and might,
Dhristadyumna beheads him, in the dark of night.
The Kauravas mourn, their commander fallen cold,
Their hopes of victory, begin to grow old.
As Drona's death is avenged, war's tide does shift,
The Pandavs gain ground, their victory to lift.
