How much understanding do young children have about keeping their bodies safe around everyone, including their family, friends, etc.?
Come join school social worker Ms. B. Persistent's wellness and awareness class as her students at Mrs. Rhoda Lee Jones Elementary School #811 learn about their Body Safety Zones (BSZ)! But before learning about the four BSZ, you're invited to “get your wiggles out” with Ms. B. Persistent and her students by dancing around to your favorite tune. This educational book on body safety and awareness is written in a fun, but age-appropriate way, for children ages 4–8.
Ms. Johnson's personal and professional life's goal is to prevent children from being abused or human trafficked through awareness via open and honest conversations from educators, parents, therapists, counselors, etc. Her motto is- "Prevention is better than intervention or Prevention OVER Intervention.”
