Fucking Poetry

People may fear us but we fear nothing
For we are the clowns

The creative life must be lived
If you deny the creator within, you deny the release that will build in your soul
It must be set free

I want contentment
I am content
I am not content like I want now
I am discontent with my contentment

Confusion is not something I enjoy. I am done pondering the meaning of the universe. I would rather spend more free time with my family and enjoy some cookies along the way.

I give myself
All that I am able
I’m sorry it’s not enough
If I could make you happy I would
Until then, I keep on trying

I don’t want anyone but you

Without you I turn restless revolutions in bed

The perfect man I will never be
Falling short is my destiny
Every day is another try
A swing and a miss
Strikeout
I want only to make her happy
I want only to live up to her desires
I want only to be desired
I want only to stop disappointing
Disappointed
I feel resentful
I feel hurt
I feel like a loser
I love more than I am capable of expressing but that is not enough
Love is not enough
I give myself
All that I am able
I’m sorry it’s not enough
If I could make you happy I would
Until then, I keep on trying
You are all I desire

Why do I want this?
Do I hate coffee?

When I bend my will to the world, the world stands in rigid defiance of my attempts
When I let go and go with the flow, no matter which way the world goes, I fly free without worry
